📌 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Specialist to lead and supervise a team of IT professionals in evaluating, maintaining, and advancing cutting-edge computer systems.

🔧 Responsibilities

Lead or supervise a team managing and evaluating state-of-the-art computer hardware and software systems.
Guide conversions or migrations between computing environments using tools like compilers, emulators, simulators, and language translators.
Optimize operating system capabilities to increase system performance and efficiency.
Analyze and evaluate software applications for integration and compatibility with other systems and hardware.
Identify current or potential performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Provide strategic recommendations for system upgrades, improvements, and better resource utilization.

✅ Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant IT experience, including system design, evaluation, and optimization.
Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams in software/hardware development or IT system integration.
Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) clearance at the time of proposal submission.
Must also have a current NACLC (National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check) clearance.
