🎯 Role Overview

As the Token Compensation Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end administration of our clients’ token equity plans, including Token Option Plans, Restricted Token Awards (RTAs), and Restricted Token Units (RTUs). You’ll collaborate with founders, legal, product, and finance teams to ensure that token compensation is managed with integrity, transparency, and compliance.

This is a client-facing and cross-functional role with high impact and growth potential.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Token Plan Administration: Manage daily operations for token plans (RTUs, RTAs, options), ensuring accuracy in grant tracking, vesting, and exercises.
Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial, legal, and regulatory documentation. Ensure adherence to international standards and crypto-specific regulatory requirements.
Grants & Vesting Oversight: Issue and track token grants. Maintain up-to-date, accurate records using appropriate systems.

✅ Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience managing stock or equity compensation plans
Familiarity with equity administration software (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, Capdesk, Pulley, etc.)
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
High attention to detail, compliance-first mindset
Comfortable with both the strategic and operational side of compensation
