💡 About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced NICE Solutions Designer to lead the development, integration, and continuous improvement of our NICE inContact (CXone) platform. This remote-first role combines technical development with a strategic understanding of contact center operations—supporting mission-critical workflows, enhancing client experience, and optimizing internal support teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking developer or administrator passionate about IVR scripting, automation, and cloud contact center infrastructure.

🔧 Your Core Responsibilities

Design and optimize IVR flows in collaboration with support operations teams
Maintain, develop, and integrate backend services (APIs, databases, reporting systems)
Perform full NICE inContact administration: users, skills, call dispositions, routing, etc.
Build and manage custom solutions using NICE Studio, UserHub, and third-party APIs

Act as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendor teams
Translate business needs into clear, scalable, and reliable contact center solutions
Manage and execute projects independently from planning through deployment
Maintain documentation and best practices for system upkeep and team training
Respond to critical issues with speed and clarity while escalating when necessary
Participate in the full project lifecycle—requirements, design, dev, QA, rollout

✅ Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years’ experience with NICE inContact/CXone platform (UserHub, Studio scripting, etc.)
Solid experience with IVR development and Contact Center Services administration
Skilled in at least one modern language: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js
Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and open integrations
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
Must be a self-directed learner with project ownership mentality
Experience managing timelines and collaborating across functional departments

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

NICE CXOne Certifications: CIP Core Plus, CIP QM, CIP PC
Familiarity with Quality Management, Personal Connection, or WFM tools
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Background in customer support tech stack and agile delivery
