💻 Your Role: Senior Python Backend Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design & optimize high-performance Python 3.11 / FastAPI / asyncio APIs & microservices (powering our SDK & TTS engine).
✅ Integrate & scale real-time audio/video components (WebRTC, WebSockets) with <300ms latency.
✅ Build secure, scalable AWS EKS + Fargate architectures using Terraform (IaC) & GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
✅ Ensure observability with Prometheus/Grafana and maintain strict SLOs.
✅ Collaborate with MERN & DevOps teams for seamless deployments.
✅ Mentor junior engineers & lead code reviews with best practices.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of Python backend development (production-grade systems).
✔ Expertise in concurrency (asyncio, multiprocessing, profiling).
✔ Experience with cloud infra (AWS EKS, Fargate, Terraform, CI/CD).
✔ Strong English + availability in CET ±2 hours.

🔹 Audio/video streaming or TTS experience.
