As General Manager of HLS Staffing at Toptal, you will:

โœ… Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (Business, Engineering, or Healthcare Administration).

  • 10+ years of experience in building, scaling, or leading a staffing or workforce solutions business.

  • At least 3 years of direct P&L ownership.

  • Proven success managing complex client relationships in healthcare, biotech, pharma, or medtech industries.

  • Hands-on experience launching new business units or products from scratch.

  • Familiarity with modern CRMs, automation platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with data-driven decision-making.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
