We are currently seeking an experienced and preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse or LPN to join our growing virtual care team. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work closely with patients managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and more.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with chronic condition patients in primary care, diabetes, geriatrics, or cardiology
