About the Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you’ll be a trusted advisor helping small to medium-sized businesses across the DACH region grow by leveraging HubSpot’s AI-powered CRM platform. Using both proactive outreach and inbound leads, you’ll own the sales process end-to-end—engaging C-level executives and department heads to identify opportunities, close new business, and expand existing customer accounts.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, technology, and customer success teams to stay ahead of product innovations and evolving sales strategies. This role is fully remote with occasional in-person product demos and team events.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in complex B2B SaaS environments

  • Fluent in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience pitching to and managing relationships with C-level executives

  • Track record of accurate pipeline management and forecasting

  • Certified or trained in recognized sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler)

  • Goal-oriented with a history of exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
