🌟 About the Role

We’re hiring Registered Dietitians who are passionate about nutrition equity and long-term impact. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals—many of whom are Medicaid recipients—guiding them on their path to better health through smarter food choices, digital grocery support, and personalized nutrition plans.

You’ll become a vital part of the Foodsmart Nutrition Network, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and practical support, including:

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct one-on-one virtual sessions to deliver personalized MNT.
  • Help patients shop smarter with our digital grocery marketplace.
  • Support patients in using and applying for SNAP/EBT benefits.
  • Manage a diverse panel of patients with chronic conditions.
  • Document care using the Nutrition Care Process in our EMR.
  • Educate, motivate, and coach patients through every stage of change.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • At least 1 active state license (willing to get more for high-demand states).
  • Strong experience in motivational interviewing and patient engagement.
  • High-speed internet + smartphone access for remote sessions.
  • A self-starter with a heart for service and a passion for food access.

💵 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $73,640 (based on your location)
  • Quarterly Bonus Potential: $3,000 – $4,500 (performance-based)
  • Total Annual Range: Up to $91,640+ (with unlimited earning potential!)
