🎯 The Role: Developer Relations Engineer (APAC)
We’re hiring a Mandarin-speaking Developer Relations Engineer to grow Arbitrum’s developer community across the APAC region.
As a part-time member of our DevRel team, you’ll create content, host events, support developers, and represent Arbitrum throughout the Ethereum ecosystem. Your technical fluency and cultural understanding will be key to engaging with devs in China and other Mandarin-speaking communities.

🧩 What You Bring

Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

Proficient in Solidity and one or more general-purpose languages (e.g. TypeScript, Python, Rust, Go)

Strong understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2s, and EVM-based technologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-driven and excited to support a decentralized global dev community

Previous DevRel or advocacy experience in Web3

Experience with Rust or Layer 2 rollups
