🚀 About the Role

We’re hiring a HubSpot Administrator to join our Client Experience team and own the day-to-day administration and long-term optimization of our HubSpot platform. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, and Data Science to ensure HubSpot is fully aligned with company initiatives.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience

  • Strong knowledge of workflows, sequences, custom objects, dashboards

  • Expertise in pipeline architecture and sales/marketing automation

  • Experience with HubSpot integrations and API connectivity

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Detail-oriented and system-optimization minded

  • Passion for data hygiene and proactive problem-solving

  • US-based (required for payroll and legal compliance)
