Role Overview
Highspot is seeking an enthusiastic Solutions Consultant to expand our North American operations. As a trusted advisor and solution expert, you will collaborate closely with sales, services, and product teams to drive opportunities by delivering engaging presentations, demos, and workshops tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Explain Highspot’s solutions and the value they deliver through presentations, demos, whiteboards, and workshops.

Support sales through deal planning and discovery to advance opportunities.

Lead responses to RFPs and Infosec questionnaires persuasively.

Manage and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs) effectively.

Use active listening and objection handling to turn questions into meaningful conversations.

Facilitate workshops to demonstrate the value of sales enablement and Highspot’s platform.

Serve as a technical expert within the SalesTech/MarTech ecosystem (CRM, SSO, APIs).
What You Bring
-
4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role in SaaS.
-
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

Knowledge of SalesTech, Content Management, and Enablement platforms is a plus.

Proven success working collaboratively with sales teams to win deals.

Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue generation across industries.

Self-starter with a competitive drive and strong work ethic.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset excited to contribute to building a business.
Locations
This role is available remotely or in-office at Seattle, WA, and supports employees across multiple U.S. states including Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Texas, Washington D.C., and more.
