🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll own the success of enterprise event implementations, working cross-functionally with clients and internal teams to ensure the RainFocus platform is deployed on time and at scale. You’ll guide planning, manage execution, and solve problems before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver enterprise-level event implementations
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and risks

Lead communications across clients, internal teams, and executive stakeholders
Run workshops with solution consultants and technical architects
Track project scope and financials, including change orders and deliverables
Support change management and client onboarding
Contribute to post-event reviews and continuous improvement

✅ You’ll Succeed If You Have:

4+ years’ project management experience, ideally in software implementation or consulting
Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong technology acumen and comfort with tools like Smartsheet, Google Suite, and MS Office
Experience handling cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, and changing priorities
High attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-through
A proactive, self-starting mindset with a problem-solving attitude

PMP certification

Experience with large, complex software solutions

✈️ Travel & Flexibility

This is a remote-first role with flexible hours. Occasional travel (up to 20%) is expected, primarily to attend and support client events—which may include weekends—and participate in post-event or planning meetings.
