About the Role

As a Senior Talent Research & Intelligence Analyst on Twilio’s Talent Research & Intelligence (TR&I) team, you’ll be a key driver of our global talent strategy. You will provide critical insights into labor markets, competitive intelligence, and talent pools that influence Twilio’s workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts worldwide.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders and business stakeholders, using data-driven research and market intelligence to support strategic hiring, engagement, and workforce optimization across geographies and functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6-8+ years in research, analytics, consulting, or finance.

  • Mastery of analytical tools such as Excel, Sheets, Draup, Pitchbook, and workflow automation platforms.

  • Systems thinker with the ability to synthesize data from diverse platforms to anticipate talent trends.

  • Excellent storytelling skills — capable of translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Deep curiosity and problem-solving mindset to identify critical business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Draup, and Pitchbook.

  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.

  • Demonstrated success engaging VP-level and above leadership.


Location & Travel

  • This is a remote U.S.-based position (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

  • Approximately 5-10% travel for in-person collaboration and relationship building.

  • Competitive salary ranges based on location (up to $185,200 in the SF Bay Area).
