About the Role

Compensation & Benefits

Atlassian offers competitive, equitable compensation based on geographic location in the U.S.:

  • Zone A: $105,800 – $141,000

  • Zone B: $95,200 – $126,900

  • Zone C: $87,800 – $117,000

Plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity, and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness resources, and paid volunteer days.
