Role Overview
We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist Intern to play a key role in optimizing and migrating the firm’s HubSpot CRM. You will help ensure the CRM’s data is clean, accurate, and well-structured to support ongoing business growth and marketing efforts. This position offers valuable hands-on experience working with CRM data, workflows, and reporting in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support a data cleanup project involving 6,000+ records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Assist in deploying and managing a new HubSpot architecture to optimize data structure, workflows, and automation.

Analyze HubSpot performance data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Help create and refine automated workflows, sales pipelines, and customer journeys.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align HubSpot configurations with business goals.

Provide training and best practice guidance to team members on effective HubSpot use.

Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and coordinate with HubSpot support as necessary.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase CRM efficiency.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM.

Strong understanding of HubSpot’s cross-object relationships and association labels.

Expertise in configuring and managing HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.

Experience in CRM data migration, data entry, or data cleansing projects.

Proven ability to optimize HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data to improve campaign and sales performance.

High attention to detail when working with large datasets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications

HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, or CRM).

Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.

Skills in automation tools beyond HubSpot, such as Zapier or custom integrations.

Knowledge of data governance and CRM best practices to ensure data accuracy and compliance over time.
