📝 Job Summary

As a Technical Onboarding Specialist (also known internally as a Technical Implementation Consultant), you’ll play a pivotal role in training new customers, customizing their accounts, and helping them transition smoothly to our AI-powered platform. You’ll combine technical acumen, project management skills, and customer relationship expertise to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual training sessions and onboarding seminars for new clients

  • Design and implement customized onboarding plans and training materials

  • Configure customer accounts within our platform to meet specific scheduling needs

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients

  • Provide excellent support through Zendesk (including phone/email and occasional weekend shifts)

  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate technical feedback and improvement ideas

  • Address and resolve client issues professionally and turn challenges into relationship-building opportunities

  • Act as project lead for client implementations, reviewing performance upon completion

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a robust knowledge base to support clients and AI integration


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical field)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS or technical customer-facing role

  • Experience in healthcare technology is a strong plus

  • Proven track record in project management (PMP certification is a plus)

  • Technologically savvy with a strong ability to learn and explain software tools

  • Proficient or fluent in English (C1 level or higher)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams
