  • Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

👤 Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • ≥ 4 years of IT experience providing desktop support in Windows/TCP-IP environments

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ certification

  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSE or MCP

  • Experience in airline or airport IT systems

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, including Windows 10

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and endpoint management tools

  • Ability to troubleshoot VPN and connectivity issues

  • Excellent communication, self-motivation, and teamwork skills
