🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Administer U.S. benefits programs: 401(k), FSA, reimbursement accounts, and life insurance.

  • Support international benefits administration in APAC (Australia, Japan) and Costa Rica.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HRIS (Workday) and vendor systems are accurate and compliant.

  • Serve as a benefits point of contact, responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional support.

  • Collaborate with vendors, brokers, Procurement, and Legal on contracts and service agreements.

  • Manage key projects such as open enrollment, plan renewals, and audits.

  • Provide reporting on plan utilization, costs, and emerging trends for various stakeholders.

  • Benchmark benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market.

  • Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, and Analytics to ensure seamless benefits delivery.


🧾 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience (emphasis on 401(k) plans & audits).

  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Workday, and Smartsheet preferred.

  • Experience with global benefits (Costa Rica, Australia) is a plus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a customer-service mindset.

  • Experience handling confidential data with professionalism.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage shifting priorities and work cross-functionally.
