Virtual Banking Consultant (Remote, Part-Time)

Location: Minnesota (Remote)
Hours: 8–18 hours per week
Pay Range: $17.12 – $25.68 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary

As a Virtual Banking Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Magnifi Financial members, helping them navigate their financial needs by recommending products, services, and digital solutions. You will process member transactions promptly and accurately, providing outstanding member service while supporting their transition to digital banking tools.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or currently pursuing one (Associate degree preferred)

  • Customer service and/or sales experience required

  • Strong communication skills and member-focused mindset
