About the Role

Join Canon USA as a Customer Communication Dispatch Coordinator providing outstanding support by managing inbound customer calls and dispatch operations. You’ll ensure fast, accurate responses to service requests and coordinate with field technicians to meet customer expectations. This role requires multitasking, strong communication skills, and proactive teamwork in a virtual environment, including overnight and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 years related experience preferred

  • Previous dispatch or call center experience a plus

  • Strong PC and data entry skills; ability to manage multiple communication channels (email, chat, phone)

  • Excellent customer service, phone, and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
