🧑‍⚕️ Job Summary – What You’ll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sanford Health, you’ll provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). You’ll be responsible for supporting our senior residents with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and socialization — ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety every day.

Required:

  • Must be at least 16 years old

  • Must have or obtain CNA certification through:

    • Active state board license OR

  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and work ethic

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Prior experience in long-term care or senior living facility
