💼 About the Role

We’re hiring an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst in the Philippines to join our dynamic Finance team. Whether you’re just starting your finance career or shifting from a related field, this is a great entry point into the world of FP&A with a top-tier advisory firm.

You’ll work on a variety of finance tasks including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvements—while receiving guidance from senior leaders and experts.

No prior FP&A experience? No problem! You’ll receive training and support to learn how to:

✅ Qualifications

We’re looking for enthusiastic learners with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any business-related course

  • Up to 2 years of experience in financial analysis, internships, or accounting roles (fresh graduates welcome!)

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus (but not required)

  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from a diverse team

  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

  • A growth mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity for data and finance

  • Willingness to work midshift hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT)
