  • Working closely with internal teams to recruit and onboard top-tier providers into our network.

  • Monitoring provider performance to ensure they’re meeting quality standards and honoring contract terms.

  • Identifying areas where we can grow our network, especially in high-need or underserved regions.

  • Keeping our provider data accurate and up to date in our systems.

  • Staying on top of industry regulations and trends to help guide strategic decisions.

  • Collaborating across teams to find new ways to improve the member experience and increase satisfaction.
