Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote (AZ, FL, ID, NV, TN, TX, UT residents only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (occasional Saturdays may be requested)
Pay: $15/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Dental Billing Specialist, you’ll work closely with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. Your primary focus will be managing insurance claims, analyzing EOBs, and ensuring collections are efficiently handled.

Responsibilities:

What Makes You a Strong Fit

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in dental billing

  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology

  • Ability to read and interpret EOBs

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable working independently and setting personal productivity goals

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • High-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace

🌟 Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in insurance follow-up and payment processing

  • Prior use of dental billing software

  • Bilingual or previous remote work experience
