🎯 Your Mission:

✔ Lead & Scale – Manage a remote team of inbound/outbound SDRs, setting clear goals and KPIs.
✔ Optimize Outreach – Develop high-converting sales playbooks, email templates, and call scripts.
✔ Data-Driven Coaching – Track performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and train SDRs to crush quotas.
✔ Boost Conversions – Analyze sales funnel data to refine strategies and improve lead qualification.
✔ Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with marketing and account execs to align campaigns and messaging.
✔ Lead by Example – Jump into high-stakes outreach when needed to support the team.
✔ Represent Keycafe – Attend occasional trade shows as a brand ambassador.

✅ What You Bring:

✔ 2+ years managing SDRs (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
✔ Strong grasp of outbound sales KPIs (pipeline gen, conversion rates, etc.).
✔ CRM & sales tools expertise (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.).
✔ Top-tier coaching & leadership skills – You love developing talent!
✔ Fluent English (written/spoken).
✔ Based in Dallas or Houston (remote role, but local candidates preferred).
