You’ll be working with a variety of audio files, including recordings from law enforcement agencies, legal professionals, and corporate clients. It’s engaging, meaningful work you can do from the comfort of home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Listening carefully to audio recordings and converting them into clean, accurate text

  • Proofreading your work to make sure grammar, spelling, and punctuation are on point

  • Following formatting and style guidelines unique to each client

  • Have at least one year of transcription experience in an office setting (within the past 5 years)

  • Own a Windows-based PC with Windows 10 or newer and at least 6 GB of RAM

  • Have a good pair of headphones (a foot pedal is optional but nice to have)
