Position: Remote Customer Experience Associate (East Coast/Central Time Zones)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000/year (plus bonuses + perks)

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be a key voice of Nutrafol — supporting customers on their hair wellness journey, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they feel heard, helped, and valued. You’ll also help improve our internal systems and processes so we can deliver even better service.

This is a remote position open to candidates in Eastern or Central time zones with at least one weekend day required (Sunday–Thursday schedule).


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer calls (4–5 hours daily) and emails with empathy and efficiency

  • Assist customers in navigating our website and understanding our products

  • Resolve escalated or complex issues with care and urgency

  • Become a go-to expert on all things Nutrafol — products, policies, and processes

  • Collaborate with your team to improve workflows and the overall customer journey

  • Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize to keep things running smoothly

  • Jump in on special projects and take on new responsibilities as needed


Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer support role (e-commerce or startup preferred)

  • Confident using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator — you’re comfortable picking up the phone or sending a thoughtful email

  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused — you don’t just identify problems, you solve them

  • Curious about wellness and science, with a desire to understand how our products work

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit — you take initiative and pitch in wherever needed

  • A true people person who gets joy from helping others and building relationships

  • Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish
