The Role: Partner Manager – North America

We’re seeking a Partner Manager to grow and manage relationships with our North American channel and integration partners, including resellers (direct) and referral (indirect) relationships. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by helping partners succeed.

You’ll own the lifecycle — from identifying and onboarding new partners to managing and expanding relationships with existing ones. You’ll also directly close revenue opportunities by selling Experian solutions to key partners.

This is a remote-friendly role that requires a strong background in partner/channel management, B2B sales, and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key direct/indirect and integration partners

  • Identify new use cases and selling opportunities for Financial Services Division (FSD) products

  • Support partners with go-to-market (GTM) strategies, training, and enablement tools

  • Track and forecast revenue performance from partner accounts

  • Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners

  • Monitor and improve performance of existing partners through coaching and strategic support

  • Collaborate with Experian’s sales team to ensure aligned channel and direct efforts

  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitive insights

  • Manage partner budgets, develop incentive programs, and report on metrics like sales volume and ROI

  • Navigate and resolve conflicts within partner accounts

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Experian products for partners


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years in sales, channel/partner management, or customer relationship strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to generate exponential revenue through partnership ecosystems

  • Knowledge of the consumer credit reporting industry

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
