Role Overview: Senior Subject Matter Expert – US VSP (Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert to join our US Account Management Team (US VSP). In this role, you’ll lead key business initiatives focused on improving profitability across various programs. You’ll be the go-to person for deep analysis, creative problem-solving, and driving meaningful results across teams.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, data and tech teams, and other stakeholders to shape strategies that impact pricing, deals, product selection, customer returns, and more. This is a high-impact role, with real visibility and influence in how we grow smarter and more efficient.

📍 Remote Role | 🕓 Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST (aligned to US hours)

What You’ll Do

  • Define and track key metrics to measure business impact; report on outcomes and identify trends

  • Dive into data to evaluate profitability, pricing, and deal structures across products, programs, and partners

  • Partner with global stakeholders to drive change through smart proposals and clear communication

  • Build reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance, using platforms like SQL and Tableau

  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve revenue, and simplify operations

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into decisions

  • Experience working cross-functionally to improve business processes

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Familiarity with customer experience and a strong desire to solve problems by working backward from the customer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

  • Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting tools
