🛠️ What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including:

  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling boxes (up to 100 lbs) without assistance

  • Navigating stairs, ramps, and changing elevations while transporting inventory

  • Reading and processing orders in English using handheld scanners and proprietary software

  • Operating pallet jacks, hand carts, and other material handling equipment

  • Loading and shrink-wrapping pallets for delivery

  • Manually loading/unloading trucks

  • Climbing ladders and maintaining balance while organizing warehouse stock

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven ability to lift up to 100 lbs. for extended periods

  • Experience with manual and assisted pallet loading/shrink-wrapping

  • Familiarity with warehouse material handling tools and safety practices

  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, and standing for long shifts

  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

  • Must wear protective footwear that meets ASTM F2413-1 and has a slip-resistant rating of “Better” or “Best”

  • A strong work ethic and reliability
