About the Role

Resolute Documentation Services is seeking experienced Law Enforcement Transcriptionists to join their team. This is a full-time remote position requiring at least 35 hours per week. Candidates must reside in Southern California, as in-person background checks are mandatory in the Los Angeles area before starting work.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in legal or law enforcement transcription required.

  • Typing speed of 80 WPM or higher with high accuracy.

  • Proven experience transcribing law enforcement documentation.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Equipment & Technical Requirements

  • PC running Windows 10 or later.

  • USB transcription foot pedal.

  • Wired internet connection (cable or fiber) directly connected to your router; no satellite or wireless broadband.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay rate: $19.44 – $28.00 per hour based on experience and productivity.

  • 401(k) plan.

  • Flexible schedule and paid time off.

  • Expected work hours: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts.

Location
