The Role: Principal, National Accounts Sales (Western Region)

We’re looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Principal, National Accounts Sales, focused on the Western U.S. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with some of our largest and most strategic prospects—organizations with 15,000 or more employees.

Over the past decade, we’ve built strong partnerships with employers across the country. Now, we’re scaling up to serve even more companies, and we need a strong, strategic sales pro to help us grow.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with teams across the organization. You’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, bring in new business, and play a key role in how we expand.

This is more than a sales job. It’s about telling the story of how better healthcare makes healthier employees—and showing companies what’s possible when they rethink their benefits strategy.


What You’ll Do


What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years in sales

  • Experience identifying and closing opportunities with large enterprise clients

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence C-level decision makers at Fortune 500 companies

  • Skilled in Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • 5+ years of direct experience in benefits sales

  • 3+ years of experience working with companies of 15,000+ employees

Preferred

  • Strategic mindset with experience developing go-to-market plans


A Few More Details

Compensation:
Base salary ranges from $121,100 – $200,300, depending on location and experience. Total compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full benefits package. Learn more at: Amazon Employee Benefits
