About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver high-quality, compassionate service to our growing customer base. You’ll be part of a remote, fast-paced team supporting customers via phone and email, helping guide them through their hair wellness journey.

This is a perfect role for a creative problem solver, empathetic communicator, and self-starter who thrives in a purpose-driven, mission-led environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer emails and handle 4–5 hours of phone calls per day

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer escalations with empathy and efficiency

  • Guide users through our website and subscription platform

  • Serve as a product expert and provide personalized support

  • Think on your feet to deliver innovative, customer-first solutions

  • Triage tasks and direct assignments to optimize team workflows

  • Assist on ad-hoc projects to improve processes and customer journeys

  • Embrace opportunities to learn and grow with new responsibilities


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in a customer experience role (e-commerce/startup preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) — phone-friendly and email-proficient

  • Experience using tools like ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Passion for health, wellness, and science-based solutions

  • Entrepreneurial spirit—you’re ready to pitch in wherever needed

  • A genuine desire to help people and make them smile

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
