About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering an empathetic, efficient, and empowering experience to every Nutrafol customer. You’ll help customers navigate orders, product questions, and issues with care and efficiency, acting as both a problem solver and a product expert.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone (4–5 hours/day) and email with professionalism and empathy

Handle escalated issues and deliver thoughtful, resolution-focused support

Assist customers in navigating Nutrafol’s website, subscriptions, and account management

Act as a product expert and provide personalized recommendations when needed

Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and improve processes

Tackle ad-hoc projects and take initiative to enhance the customer experience

Balance daily tasks and priorities to maximize impact and team efficiency
Who You Are
-
1–3 years of experience in customer support, ideally in e-commerce or startups

Comfortable using platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication — you’re articulate and personable on the phone, email, or chat

A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Passionate about health and wellness, with an interest in the science behind our products

Able to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setup

Positive, approachable, and always looking to make someone’s day better

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
