City Electric Supply (CES) is looking for a detail-driven, solution-focused QA Analyst to join our global Supply Chain & Logistics team. If you’re passionate about quality, love breaking things to make them better, and want to contribute to technology that keeps businesses running smoothly — we want to hear from you.

This is more than a typical QA role. You’ll work closely with our developers, analysts, and operations teams across the US, Canada, and the UK to shape the way we purchase, store, and move goods. You’ll help drive efficiency and reliability across mission-critical systems, from warehouse management to purchasing platforms.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on real business needs

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure test coverage is aligned with product goals

  • Identify, document, and manage software bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr

  • Analyze existing system documentation and enhance testability across workflows

  • Support and scale our automated testing frameworks

  • Experiment with AI-driven testing tools to push efficiency further

  • Conduct exploratory and manual testing in AWS-based cloud environments

  • Share feedback and insights to improve user experience and product reliability

🎓 What You Bring to the Table

  • 2–5 years of QA or software testing experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred but not required)

  • Solid hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or similar

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Interest or exposure to AI-enhanced testing? That’s a big plus

  • A genuine passion for clean, functional, and scalable systems
