About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and travel-savvy Virtual Cruise Booking Agent to join our remote team. If you enjoy helping people plan amazing vacations and thrive in a detail-driven, customer-focused environment, this could be your next great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist clients in finding and booking the perfect cruise, from initial inquiry to final confirmation
Offer expert advice on cruise lines, ships, destinations, itineraries, and onboard amenities
Handle booking details, payments, and any necessary changes or updates

Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
Stay current on cruise promotions, travel policies, and industry updates
Work with cruise line partners to get clients the best value and perks
Resolve booking issues or concerns with professionalism and care
Recommend and sell add-ons like excursions, travel insurance, and hotel stays before or after the cruise

What We’re Looking For

Experience in travel booking, hospitality, customer service, or sales (a plus, but not required)
A genuine interest in cruise travel and helping others plan memorable trips
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Comfortable managing multiple bookings and keeping details organized
Tech-savvy and familiar with booking tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Self-driven and able to stay productive while working independently from home
A travel certification (such as CLIA) is great to have, but not required
