Capital One Shopping is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Client Development to join our growing Partnerships Team. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will drive success for our top merchant partners by leveraging Capital One Shopping’s innovative suite of commerce solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Cultivate executive-level relationships with top-tier merchants to maximize partnership success
Analyze performance data and apply insights to drive growth
Educate and support external stakeholders including agencies and industry partners
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Revenue, Engineering) to develop custom solutions
Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise relationships
Create and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and strategy briefs

🌟 You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:

12+ years in strategic, client-facing sales or account management
8+ years of experience using analytics to guide business decisions
