How Much Can You Earn?
When it comes to transcription work, pay typically ranges from around $0.085 to just over $1 per audio minute. What you earn depends on the kind of tasks you take on, your skill level, and how well your work is rated.
We offer various job types—transcription, editing, and grading—each with its own pay structure. Many assignments include performance-based bonuses, so the better your work, the more you earn.
Here’s how our pay grading works:

Grades 0-4: Work doesn’t meet standards and isn’t paid

Grade 5: Earns the base pay

Grade 6: Earns 1.5x base pay

Grade 7: Earns 2x base pay

Grade 8: Earns 2.5x base pay

Grade 9: Earns 3x base pay
