Position Summary
Experian is seeking a Partner Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our channel, referral, and integration partners throughout North America. You’ll be a key revenue driver, blending strategic account management with tactical sales execution. You’ll onboard new partners, nurture current relationships, and close new business opportunities—both directly and through partner networks.
This is a remote, high-impact role ideal for a collaborative, metrics-driven leader with a passion for scaling revenue through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

🤝 Maintain and grow relationships with direct/indirect and key integration partners

🚀 Identify and pursue new use cases and sales opportunities for Experian’s FSD products

🎯 Deliver on revenue targets through both direct and indirect partner channels

📊 Track, forecast, and analyze partner performance and revenue impact

📚 Provide onboarding, sales enablement, and training to new partners

🔍 Proactively identify and onboard new channel partners in target verticals

💡 Develop strategies to optimize partner performance and grow joint revenue

📈 Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams

🧠 Monitor market trends, competitive shifts, and partner GTM activities

🎓 Design and roll out channel enablement programs including marketing incentives

🧾 Manage partner program budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

🤝 Resolve conflicts and navigate challenges within channel relationships
What You Bring

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

✔ 5+ years in complex sales, partnerships, or channel management

✔ Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through partner networks

✔ Knowledge of the consumer credit reporting industry (a plus)

✔ Strategic thinking and project management skills

✔ Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, or training
