🎧 Podcast Subscriptions Support Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S. Based Preferred)
Type: Part-Time (30+ hrs/week) | Entry-Level

Are you passionate about podcasts and helping people? Looking to break into the podcasting or tech industry? This could be your perfect entry point.

Supporting Cast is looking for a Support Specialist to help podcast listeners from top audio brands like NPR, SiriusXM, and NBC enjoy seamless experiences with their premium subscriptions.

You’ll work closely with our Lead Support Specialist to assist listeners with sign-ins, payments, podcast app issues, and more—providing prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful responses. Think of yourself as the friendly, tech-savvy guide our users rely on.

This is a fully remote role (we’re a 100% remote team!) with flexible hours, some morning (ET) availability preferred. If you’re self-motivated, love problem-solving, and enjoy working behind the scenes to support audio content that millions love, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Technical aptitude—you enjoy learning how tech tools and systems work

  • Experience with Freshdesk, help desk tools, or podcast platforms is a plus

  • Previous customer support or help desk experience is nice to have, but not required
