Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Profitability & Business Growth: Analyze key metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to boost revenue.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global teams to develop business proposals, influence decision-making, and drive impactful changes.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize SQL, Tableau, and other tools to create dashboards, track performance, and generate actionable insights.

  • Process Optimization: Work with automation and tech teams to refine tools, enhance reporting mechanisms, and improve operational workflows.

  • Deal & Pricing Strategy: Evaluate deals, pricing models, and customer return trends to maximize profitability.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in customer experience analysis and process improvement

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
