As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our customer base and helping more therapists find success.

🎯 What You’ll Do

🚀 Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails) to therapists and wellness professionals
🔍 Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit for Heard’s platform
📅 Book and confirm consultation meetings with prospective customers
📬 Ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up (within 1–2 hours of lead receipt)
📊 Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate records and pipeline health

🔑 What You Bring

1+ year in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role (healthtech/SaaS is a bonus, not required)

Excellent communicator — in writing, over the phone, and with teammates
Resourceful, organized, and proactive — you follow through without being asked
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, SalesMsg, and learning new platforms quickly

💰 Compensation

Base Salary: $30,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000
