As a Customer Success Analyst, you’ll work closely with some of the worldâs top organizations to ensure their teams get maximum value from Voxyâs solutions. Youâll support the entire customer journey, from onboarding through renewals, driving high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Your work will directly impact how learners interact with our platformâand how companies grow their talent.

Deliver data-driven insights in Business Reviews to show customer impact and ROI

Coach customers to be Voxy experts, empowering them to lead their own success
-
Partner with Key Account Managers on renewals, expansion, and strategic alignment
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes
-
Track and report on Customer Health Scores and Success Metrics
-
Create customer reports, presentations, and program performance dashboards
-
Contribute to case studies and customer reference projects
â What Weâre Looking For
-
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
-
Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus!)
-
Background in project management, problem-solving, and client communications
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting, and customer presentations
-
Familiar with SaaS tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or others
-
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and customer-first attitude
-
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-
Comfortable navigating dynamic, evolving work environments
-
Bachelorâs degree required
