🛠 About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our cloud-native AI/ML infrastructure. You’ll own everything from platform architecture and CI/CD pipelines to observability, reliability, and performance across multi-cloud and on-prem deployments.

This isn’t just a DevOps role — it’s a strategic leadership position at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, ML, and infrastructure engineering.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Architect and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure (GKE, EKS, AKS) for AI/ML systems

  • Lead GitOps-based CI/CD strategy using tools like FluxCD, Bitbucket, and Helm

  • Build observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tooling

  • Optimize deployments of Yugabyte, OpenSearch, and MinIO at scale

  • Define and enforce SLOs/SLIs and Site Reliability Engineering best practices

  • Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and other automation frameworks

  • Implement multi-cloud and on-prem deployment strategies

  • Drive self-healing systems and operational automation

  • Collaborate with ML engineers to improve model serving pipelines

  • Mentor DevOps and engineering teams on infrastructure best practices

🧠 What You Bring

  • 7+ years of DevOps/Platform Engineering experience

  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and infrastructure automation

  • Programming skills in Go, Python, or similar

  • Operational knowledge of RDBMS, OpenSearch, and object storage (MinIO)

  • Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and SRE practices

  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform

  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in Agile environments

  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills

  • BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
