💼 About the Role: Exchange Operations Analyst

As an Exchange Operations Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our crypto exchange operations run smoothly, securely, and profitably. You’ll work at the intersection of trading, technology, and operations—optimizing internal processes, maintaining price integrity, and ensuring liquidity across the platform.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our Quant and Operations teams, apply your crypto market knowledge, and directly influence user experience and profitability.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and monitor our crypto exchange application, including configuring and testing end-to-end functionality

  • Develop and own test scenarios, checklists, and process flows

  • Monitor live market prices and spreads, ensuring alignment with global crypto markets

  • Oversee treasury operations for internal quant wallets

  • Prepare and present weekly OKR (Objectives & Key Results) reports

  • Onboard and manage partners onto the exchange platform

  • Analyze trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and optimize exchange performance

  • Troubleshoot live-trading issues and maintain exchange liquidity

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in crypto exchange operations or financial services

  • At least 1 year of experience in spot or conversion trading

  • Solid understanding of trading mechanics, exchange liquidity, risk, and back-office systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mindset for process optimization

  • Experience in BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations, trading platform configuration, or admin panel use

  • Familiarity with risk management tools and automation systems

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
