🔍 Your Role: Cybersecurity OT Specialist

As a Cybersecurity Operational Technology (OT) Specialist, you will play a vital role in strengthening the security posture of Industrial Control Systems (ICS). You’ll join a high-performing team of cybersecurity and engineering experts to design secure ICS environments, perform risk assessments, develop compliance strategies, and implement OT cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure clients.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Analyze and assess ICS environments for cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
Integrate OT cybersecurity technologies into ICS networks
Conduct NIST 800-53 and RMF based security assessments and controls

Develop and implement cybersecurity solutions for NERC CIP and federal standards
Configure and test control system devices, servers, switches, and workstations
Utilize tools like Wireshark, Nessus, SCAP Tool, STIG Viewer for security audits
Maintain up-to-date expertise on emerging cyber threats and mitigation strategies
Produce technical documentation, client briefings, and security architecture designs
Participate in internal process improvement and policy development initiatives

✅ Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field
Minimum 5 years of relevant ICS/OT cybersecurity experience
IAT Level II Certification (Security+, GICSP required)
Hands-on experience in:
- ICS/SCADA security design
- Configuring servers, switches, workstations
- Cybersecurity risk assessments
- Applying UFGS 25 05 11 standards
Familiar with NIST 800-53, RMF, and control system programming

💼 Preferred Qualifications

Active Secret clearance or above
IAT Level III Certification (CISSP preferred)
Certifications in:
- Cisco, Juniper, Moxa network switches
- MS Windows Server, Linux OS, Active Directory
Familiarity with industrial protocols and embedded security controls

🔐 Security & Clearance Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

🏗️ Physical Requirements

Walk and navigate construction environments with uneven terrain
Lift up to 25 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, work in confined/dusty spaces
Wear PPE and maintain safety standards in operational areas
