👩‍💻 What You’ll Do Each Day

Handle inbound customer calls in both French and English
Use active listening and empathy to resolve customer concerns
Investigate billing issues, assist with product features, and troubleshoot tech problems
Use screen-sharing tools to guide customers through solutions
Coordinate appointments and follow-up on account requests
Keep accurate records of all conversations and resolutions
Embrace coaching and feedback to continuously improve

✅ Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable using technology, navigating multiple systems
Must have a hardwired internet connection with a minimum of 40 Mbps download speed
Availability to work at least 38 hours per week, between 12PM–10PM CST, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
A quiet, distraction-free workspace
