🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Connect with new and existing customers via scheduled calls to provide remote installation and technical support

Walk customers through setup and troubleshooting of a wide range of ADT equipment including cameras, sensors, thermostats, and more
Handle tech issues such as:
- Landline and cellular communication failures
- Offline cameras or device connectivity
- Z-Wave automation issues (garage doors, thermostats, etc.)
- Alarm system error codes and functionality (Honeywell, DSC, IQ, etc.)
Educate customers on how to use mobile apps like ADT+, Alarm.com, ADT Pulse, Google Home, and more
Recommend products and services that elevate their home security and automation experience
Help customers feel confident and secure with their system—because you’ve got their back

✅ What You’ll Need to Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
1+ year of technical support experience (preferably in home security or connected devices)
Solid troubleshooting and multitasking skills
Excellent communication—you’re great at explaining tech in everyday language
A quiet, private home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
