As a Warehouse Distribution Team Member, you’ll play a key role in getting quality products out the door and into the hands of our stores and customers—quickly, safely, and accurately.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
Stage and organize products for accurate delivery
Check all outbound items for accuracy and report damages or missing items
Complete daily paperwork (like logs, load sheets, and damage reports)
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (manual and electric) safely
Follow all sanitation schedules for a clean, safe warehouse—including trailers
Communicate with shift leads about safety issues, inventory levels, and day-to-day operations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are picked and loaded correctly
Assist customers with in-person (will-call) pickups when needed
Maintain compliance with safety standards, sanitation protocols, and Papa John’s policies—plus OSHA, FDA, and HACCP regulations
Support other warehouse tasks as assigned

🎓 What You’ll Need to Bring

Previous experience in truck loading/unloading is a plus
Familiarity with advanced order picking systems is a bonus
Must be able to safely use forklifts and electric/manual pallet jacks
Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic math
Able to read and understand instructions and safety procedures in English
