We’re expanding our Sales team and looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our outreach and connect more professionals with the support they need.


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

As an SDR at Heard, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales funnel—engaging, qualifying, and booking consultations with potential customers. You’ll:


🏆 What Success Looks Like

  • 90+ quality touchpoints each day (calls, emails, texts)

  • High consult booking and attendance rates

  • Detailed, accurate lead qualification and CRM documentation

  • Openness to learning, testing new strategies, and embracing coaching


🌟 You’ll Excel in This Role If You…

  • Have 1+ year of experience in an outbound sales role (BDR, SDR, etc.)

  • Love working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Communicate clearly across phone, text, and email

  • Are organized, proactive, and highly dependable

  • Can quickly pick up new tools like HubSpot and SalesMsg

  • Are driven by purpose, impact, and the satisfaction of helping others
